Return/refund/exchange Policy


Our usual returns policy is 14 days from the date you have received your order. Which means you will have to contact us within this time frame in order to go through the return/refund policy. 
To start this process please either use the contact form on the contact page or send an email to info@secretsalemsociety.com please remember to include your order number, name and reason for return.

For a change of mind return the product must be in the condition in which it arrived in, unused and also in the original packaging.

 

Damaged orders
Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is something wrong with your order as we want to make it right! Once you have received your order please have a good look at it and make sure it is good condition – if something is a miss please contact us the same way as the above and within 14 days of receiving it.

 

 

Exceptions and non returnable products
There are some products that unfortunately we cannot accept for a return such as customised items or items that are classified for personal use and for hygiene reasons we cannot accept them back.

Exchanges and cancellations 
We are happy to offer an exchange if something is faulty or turns up damaged but for these we do need the original back so we can investigate what went wrong and where please contact us to arrange a return and we will handle the rest from there. If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped providing there are not custom requests or personalisation we are also happy to do this up until the day of dispatch.
